Inspired by one of a kind products and gifts, as well as a way to capture and display memorable moments, Custom Envy was first born as Kaylea searched for a phone case to display her new initials and wedding photos after marrying Matt in 2012. What started then as a custom phone case company has grown into a small business offering numerous products all with customization options giving the customer a way to create unique and one of a kind products and gifts.

What case types do you offer and how are they different?

Can you pull my previously ordered design for reorder?

Yes, of course. Just use the contact us page to send us your request.

How can I add more photos?

From within the customization tool select the layout option. We have many layouts to choose from allowing for many different photos.

Why can't I get my photo to fit?

We don't distort your photo by stretching it, so it is possible your photo won't fit perfectly on the product you are designing. In the event your photo doesn't fit on the product you want we recommend using the "Allow Whitespace" option from within the Photo menu option in the customization tool. This will allow greater flexibility in sizing your photo. Using this option could result in unprinted areas of your product.

Do you include invoices?

All order information is sent via email. No pricing information is included on any of the order slips. This makes it perfect for gift giving!

How do I track my order?

We will send you tracking information to your email address at the time of shipment. Occasionally this email may find your spam folder. To prevent that from happening add support (at) customenvy.com to your address book.

How long does shipping take?

Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Typically your item will arrive in 1-3 days after it is shipped for customers located in the USA. International orders take 5-12 days.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is $5.99 and FREE for orders over $40. We send tracking to you at the time of shipment.

My tracking link isn't working

We send tracking information at the time of shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to scan the package and activate your tracking link. You should see movement after 48 hours of your product being shipped.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship in 1-4 business days. We will email you tracking information at the time of shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours to start seeing movement on your tracking. To get an estimated delivery date view the tracking link after 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work to get your items completed as soon as possible. However, if you need to make a change please contact us at support (at) customenvy.com and our support team can help assist with the change. If you cancel your order a refund will be processed to the payment account used when ordering. Please allow for up to 5 business days for the charges to be reversed to your account.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, we do. They are instantly delivered to your email and they can be purchased on our Gift Card product page.

How do I enter a discount code or gift card?

During the checkout process there will be an area to enter a discount code or gift card.

How long until my product ships?

We process all orders within 4 business days, although most orders go out in 1-3 days.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer exchanges if there was an error in printing. Please contact us within 15 days of your order being received to notify us that you would like to exchange your case. We will provide you with instructions. If you have a problem with your order just contact us. Our support team goes above and beyond to make our customers happy!
