The Custom Mahjong Mat from Custom Envy (Columbus, Ohio, since 2012) is a square neoprene mat printed edge to edge with your photos, club name, or monogram, with a sewn edge printed to match. Choose 31.5 inches ($69), 31.5 inches with a carrying bag ($79), or 20.9-inch travel ($55). Every mat is printed to order in the USA.

Printed Edge to Edge

Your design fills the whole mat right up to the sewn edge, in full color, with no blank border. Photos, kids' artwork, a club logo, or a monogram all print across the entire top.

Sewn Edges, Rounded Corners

A sewn binding finishes every edge, printed with your design so the colors run right to the edge. The corners are rounded, and a rubber backing sits underneath for a tailored, finished mat.

Full Size or Travel Size

The full-size mat is made for the home table. The travel mat is the smaller of the two, for taking the game to a friend's house, a club night, or a trip.

Add a Carrying Bag

The full-size mat is also available with a carrying bag, so it goes along to game night with the rest of the set.

How it works

How do you make a custom mahjong mat?

Pick a size

Choose the full-size mat, the full-size mat with a carrying bag, or the travel size.

Add your design

Upload a photo, artwork, or a club logo, then add names, a monogram, or a date and pick your colors. The editor shows the mat as you build it, with a safe area for names and faces.
